Whether you have asthma, anxiety, insomnia, cardio-vascular issues, depression or many other health problems, learning how to breathe properly is one of the most profound ways to heal and recover.

Yoga therapist Jenny Tonge will be using her experience of 22 years of working with breath, pranayama and yoga asana to maximise and heal your breathing patterns. She will personally analyse and teach a variety of simple breathing techniques that will enable you to understand and improve your health.

Pascale Rees, Jenny’s daughter, an Amsterdam-based yoga teacher with 400 hours training in Vinyasa, Yin yoga and meditation will teach daily asana whilst I work with breath analysis. More info

Enjoy uplifting and energetic practices in the morning, with a progressively more restorative and relaxing afternoon/evening session.

Free time to enjoy heavenly walks in ancient olive groves, and swimming at the nearby beach. We will also explore the local culture, food, and will have outdoor evenings of talks with local authors and classicists.
